We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who’s excited to build and own marketing from the ground up.

You’ll report to our co-founder and CEO, work closely with our strong network of advisors, and have a real opportunity to shape our narrative, brand, and growth engine. If you want to be part of a purpose-driven, founder-led start-up doing meaningful work at global scale, -this is your moment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Growth & Positioning

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, working backward from commercial goals.
• Develop clear messaging and value propositions tailored to our buyers and markets.
• Activate both product-led and sales-assisted growth paths through thoughtful content, campaigns, and product storytelling.
• Design experiments to test and learn quickly across acquisition, engagement, and conversion channels.

Demand & Revenue Support

• Build and run a lightweight demand generation engine across inbound, lifecycle, community, and partner channels.
• Create content and tools to support the sales team.
• Help define and refine our ICP, key use cases, and buyer journeys across industrial and climate-focused audiences.

Marketing Operations & Execution

• Oversee the operation and optimization of core marketing tools and systems (CRM, CMS, email automation, analytics)
• Set up lightweight marketing ops: KPI tracking, growth experiment logs, content calendars, reporting dashboards
• Own and maintain our brand guidelines and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all touch points
• Manage and collaborate with agencies and external partners to scale execution
• Organize and maintain marketing documentation, processes, and performance metrics
• Support the day-to-day execution of campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and performance tracking
• Work closely with cross-functional teams: product, science, talent, design to ensure alignment and impact

Your Profile

• 4–5 years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Proven success building and managing content workflows, performance metrics, and marketing campaigns from scratch.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English (native or bilingual proficiency), with an eye for clarity and tone.
• Strong proficiency with marketing AI tools.
• Familiarity with technical, complex products and the ability to translate them into compelling narratives.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce and CMS platforms like Storyblok or WordPress.
• Skilled in using tools like Figma, Photoshop, or Canva for content and visual creation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve.
• Confident juggling multiple projects and stakeholders while staying focused on outcomes.
• High attention to detail, with strong organizational and execution skills.

Bonus Points For

• Background in manufacturing, materials, or industrial B2B markets.
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing and paid media strategies.
• Understanding of climate science or carbon removal technologies.
