Exciting Opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist!
Paebbl is actively seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to enhance our growing team. This pivotal role is cantered on spearheading our efforts to attract and hire exceptional talent across a variety of positions, including in our research lab, Engineering, Operations teams, and more. Situated at the heart of our strategic expansion, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and refine our recruitment processes, working directly with Talent and Operations and the hiring managers. This role promises substantial professional growth and the chance to significantly impact our industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with stakeholders: Work closely with HR and hiring managers to define and address recruitment needs, ensuring alignment with Paebbl’s business objectives and vision.
- Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies, utilising traditional and modern sourcing techniques, including professional networks, social media, and industry events, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle—from drafting compelling job descriptions and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing the offer process—ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout.
- Building a Talent Pool: Proactively build and nurture a diverse, high-quality talent pool, ensuring future recruitment needs can be met efficiently.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Regularly analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, optimising recruitment strategies and ensuring they align with Paebbl’s long-term goals.
- Employer Branding: Champion initiatives to position Paebbl as an employer of choice within the industry, enhancing its reputation through targeted employer branding campaigns.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Contribute to workforce skills planning with HR to ensure Paebbl is well-positioned to meet future talent requirements and to anticipate the evolving needs of the organisation.
