What You Bring:

• Systems Engineering Mastery: Proven expertise in architecture, requirements management, iterative approaches, and familiarity with MBSE and agile methods.

• Industry Experience: Familiarity with mining, chemical, engineering, or industrial systems, with a focus on chemical and process engineering as a bonus.

• Lead and Drive System Engineering: Spearhead the implementation of engineering practices that propel critical projects and ensure seamless, agile development.
• Build Tools and Guidelines: Develop tools and establish guidelines that create consistency, speed, and quality across system engineering practices.
• Architect and Design: Shape the design and architecture of Paebbl’s technologies and products, contributing to the innovation core.
• Mentor and Champion: Guide and inspire system engineers within our digital teams, promoting best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Engage with engineers, scientists, and business leaders to drive cross-functional, knowledge-based solutions.
