We're looking to add an outstanding Talent Manager with a strong focus on Recruitment and HR Operations to our team at Paebbl. This role is central to our growth; you will be managing the recruitment and retention of global top talent, building and cultivating a strong employer brand with a global focus, and ensuring seamless HR operations.
You will be working in an international setting with current and prospective employees coming from all continents; your role in shaping and maintaining our company culture will be pivotal at this early stage of our journey.
Lead our recruitment process end-to-end, securing top-tier talent to drive our mission forward
Maintain transparent and timely communication with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
Lead our relocation process to attract and relocate employees from around the world
Working with our team leads to proactively forecasting and planning for staffing and other HR needs
Design and roll out innovative employment marketing strategies to strengthen our presence among passive job seekers
Oversee HR operations starting across The Netherlands, Sweden, and Finland, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations
Review current Talent Operations processes and identify areas where further automation can be implemented effectively, ensuring system updates, data integrity, and actionable reporting
Develop and maintain our careers website, making sure it embodies our brand and attracts the right candidates
Coordinate and oversee employee development plans and performance management programs
Desired Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on recruitment and HR Operations
International recruitment experience is a plus
Proficient in English, Dutch and/or Swedish, both in writing and speaking.
Experience in a start-up would be a plus
Deep knowledge of HR systems, data management, and reporting
A thorough understanding of labour laws and HR best practices in The Netherlands, Sweden, Finland and other countries is a plus
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmen
EU work permit is a must
